Product Description
UACAL-D Tablets are a scientifically formulated supplement that provides an optimal combination of Calcium Carbonate and Vitamin D3 — two essential nutrients that work synergistically to promote bone strength, maintain skeletal integrity, and support overall calcium balance in the body.
Composition (Each Film-Coated Tablet Contains):
- Calcium Carbonate (Equivalent to Elemental Calcium) – 500 mg
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) – 250 IU

Clinical Pharmacology:
- Calcium Carbonate replenishes calcium levels in the blood, essential for bone mineralization, muscle contraction, nerve transmission, and cardiac function.
- Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) enhances intestinal absorption of calcium and phosphorus, ensuring proper bone mineral density and reducing the risk of rickets, osteomalacia, and osteoporosis.
The combination helps in preventing calcium deficiency and promotes strong bones and teeth.
Indications:
UACAL-D Tablets are indicated in:
- Osteoporosis and osteopenia
- Calcium and Vitamin D deficiency states
- Pregnancy and lactation (increased calcium demand)
- Postmenopausal bone loss
- Rickets and osteomalacia
- Fracture healing support
Dosage and Administration:
- Adults: 1 tablet once or twice daily, or as directed by the physician.
- To be taken preferably after meals with a glass of water.
Contraindications:
- Hypercalcemia
- Hypervitaminosis D
- Severe renal impairment
- Known hypersensitivity to any ingredient
Precautions & Warnings:
- Avoid concurrent use with other high-dose calcium or vitamin D supplements unless advised by a healthcare provider.
- Regular monitoring of serum calcium and phosphate levels is recommended during longterm therapy.
Adverse Effects:
Generally well tolerated. Occasionally, mild gastrointestinal discomfort such as nausea, constipation, or flatulence may occur.
